Abstract:

The article investigates the problem of determining wind pressure on high-rise buildings. The graphs of the distribution of wind pressure over the height of buildings, based on the results of aerodynamic testing of models, are considered. Analyzed the nature of the pressure change depending on the shape of the building in the plan. Conclusions about the compliance of the experimental data with the current design standards were made.
