Abstract:

The main reason for the decrease in the load-bearing capacity of the foundations of the historical development zone of the city of Saratov is the increase in the level of groundwater that has been most intensively manifested in the city since the 1960s in connection with human economic activity, since under wetting the indicators of strength and deformation properties of subsidence soils, which are the bases of buildings in the central part of Saratov. In connection with this, during the reconstruction and repair of buildings in the central part of the city, it is required to check the bearing properties of foundations. This article is devoted to determining the design resistance of the ground foundation of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Saratov Region.
