Abstract:

The statistics of the road accidents because of a low-quality road carpet, the rating of safety of the Russian roads is given in article, recommendations about the account and the analysis of the road accidents, and also about the organization of security audit of traffic at design and operation of highways are studied, probes of the domestic scientists devoted to questions of influence of road conditions on traffic safety are given
